- Sweet corn kernels
- Chicken breast, thinly sliced
- Galangal, sliced
- Lemongrass, cut into pieces
- Kaffir lime leaves, torn
- Fish sauce

Instructions:
- Simmer chicken breast in water until it’s fully cooked, then remove and shred it.
