  3. For the Filling: Heat a pan and add minced pork. Cook until the pork is fully cooked, then add chili powder, sugar, fish sauce, and lime juice. Mix well.
  4. Add chopped shallots, chopped spring onions, chopped cilantro, fried dried chilies, and fried rice to the cooked pork mixture. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Turn off the heat and sprinkle mint leaves over the mixture. Mix once more. Then, transfer the prepared filling to a serving dish.
