Ingredients:
- 300g pork, thinly sliced
- 2 cups cabbage, chopped
- 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- 2-3 slices of ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-3 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1-2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a pot, bring the vegetable or chicken broth to a simmer.
- Add sliced pork, minced garlic, and ginger to the simmering broth.
- Let it cook for about 5-7 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
- Add the chopped cabbage and sliced shiitake mushrooms. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
