Ingredients:

  • Rice
  • Ground pork
  • Ginger, thinly sliced
  • Garlic cloves, minced
  • Chicken or pork broth
  • Fish sauce
  • White pepper powder
  • Soy sauce
  • Chopped green onions and cilantro leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the rice and cook it with chicken or pork broth until it’s soft and porridge-like in consistency.
