How to Make Banana Dessert
Ingredients for Banana Snack
- Ripe bananas, 10 pieces (600-650g)
- Rice flour, 80 grams
- Tapioca flour, 40g
- Thao Yai Mom wheat flour, 1 tablespoon
- Coconut milk, 260 grams
- Sugar, 130g (increase to 150g for sweeter taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- Finely chopped coconut, 1/2 piece
- Banana leaves, small cups or molds
Instructions for Making Banana Dessert
- Peel the banana skin and cut them into small pieces. Set aside.
- Mix rice flour, tapioca flour, and arrowroot starch together.
- Add coconut milk gradually to form a smooth batter. Knead for about 5 minutes.
- Add the bananas, white sugar, and salt. Mix well, ensuring the bananas are mashed but not too mushy.
- Stir in the remaining coconut milk. Mix again.
- Set up a steamer and pour the dessert mixture into small cups or molds. Sprinkle with coconut flakes.
- Steam over medium heat for 20 minutes until done.
