  • 500 grams pork loin or pork belly, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks

  • 2-3 Thai bird’s eye chilies, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
  • 2-3 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1-2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1-2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
  • Oil for cooking

Instructions:

  1. Heat a bit of oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat.
