Ingredients:

  • 200g fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3-4 fresh red chili peppers, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1-2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Fresh vegetables for dipping (e.g., cucumber, Thai eggplant)

Instructions:

  1. Using a mortar and pestle, pound the fresh shrimp until they become a paste.
